I know, I know. It's August and I'm already talking about Christmas. But hey - I grew up in the Philippines and right on September 1st, the malls start playing Christmas music!
But if you recall, last year, we created something that we had wanted to create for years - our Brush Calligraphy Advent Calendar. It had 24 little booklets, one for each day, 24 days of slowing down and learning a new skill - Brush Calligraphy. To make the experience complete, we even offered free video lessons to walk through each and every day, all tucked into one box to open through December and beyond.
And this year, it's back!
Except, there are now TWO.
If you missed our Advent Calendar last year, Volume 1 is your chance to experience it. Over 24 days, we'll practice our way through the alphabet, lowercase and uppercase letters, words, short quotes and more. Each day, you open a new 4x4 booklet with brush lettering practice waiting for you inside. It's created for 15-20 minutes of practice, perfect for slowing down. And yes, it includes brush pens and instructional videos to help you through it.
NEW! Volume 2
For those wanting something a little different this year, I created 24 completely new booklets for Volume 2. Instead of working through the alphabet, each day is centred around a theme, like Gratitude, Slow & Steady, Be Present, Rest & Restore, and many more. Aside from words, we also craft a small illustration and a project to create with it.
And no, you don't need to complete Volume 1 before Volume 2, you can choose whichever experience speaks to you, or do both in the bundle.
Pre-Orders are Now Open!
From August 21 through September 4, you can pre-order either volume, or grab both.
And because you're ordering Christmas things ridiculously early with me 😂, every pre-order customer will also receive one exclusive set of Christmas cards as a little gift from us.
These cards are only available as part of our Advent Calendar pre-order and are limited to one set per customer.
One more thing: Personalization ✍️
We'll once again be offering personalization on our Advent Calendars this year. If you'd like a name to be added to yours, make sure to place your order by October 31st. And yes, we'll also be offering personalization for a short period of time in both our US and Canada locations ;)
Now the hardest question....
Volume 1 or Volume 2?? 👀 Whether you're opening for yourself this December, or gifting it to a creative friend, or perhaps making this your Christmas party with your family, I truly can't wait for these to start making their way into your homes again. They're currently being produced and will be making their way here and our US base, so we'll be shipping them out in early November.
